Annamaria: To be honest, I really try to take good care of my immune system because I know how important it is for our overall health. So, yes, it happens to me that with these weather transitions, I can feel that my immunity is weaker. My body feels also more tired because the whole system is connected, right? Annamaria: My skin is naturally dry, and that’s why I‘ve been trying to provide all the vitamins it requires since the very beginning of my health and beauty journey. When it comes to supplements, I seek high quality and versatility - so I don’t need to take 15 different pills for every issue. My number one vitamin for healthy skin is vitamin E, and that’s also the reason why I love Sanbera. I can really feel that it protects my skin from the inside out, which is very important. So, if I should recommend one way for your skin health, definitely consider a healthy diet with this vitamin! Almonds are also my go-to, haha!

Annamaria: Sleep is truly important to me. However, for the last couple of months, it’s been really hard to keep a healthy sleep. I spend a lot of time on my computer and phone mainly because of work and school schedules. And, sometimes, it just requires those late-night workings. I think that we’ve all been there and, hopefully, it’s just a period. Even though I might have a very peaceful day off, I can see that I have a hard time falling asleep. Sanbera, as part of my evening ritual, gives me a sense of calmness and a more relaxed state of mind, which helps with my sleep too.

Annamaria: Definitely. As you said, shifts in mood are very real in this season. And, again, it’s truly okay. People just need to adjust their daily activities and life in this new time. I went through a period of eating way too healthy and clean, which, of course, wasn't healthy. Even though I’m on a vegan diet, I eat pretty much everything and try not to restrict myself. It’s also better for digestion when you’re not constantly stressed about the food. I couldn’t be more grateful because Sanbera supported my digestion and helped me with my overall gut balance.

Beyond Sanbera, what other personal rituals or wellness practices do you turn to during fall and winter to stay balanced? Whether it is mindful morning routines or cozy self-care evenings, what helps you stay grounded and at your best?
Annamaria: I love my morning walks all year long. Well, in winter, it’s a bit more difficult to wake up - but it’s something that gives me a wake-up call. I love to spend this time also in prayer, and then I know I’m ready to start my day. Of course, breakfast is the second most important thing for me, along with using Sanbera. Actually, depending on the time of the year, I like to switch between the Daily Essential Women and Nightly Reload Women, which gives me the opportunity to nourish my body at all times.
In the evening, I love to do my skincare, light a candle and read. Sometimes, I just turn on a piece of calming music and try to reflect on my thoughts - kind of get rid of those that are causing me unrest.

Annamaria: We live in a hustle culture. Getting into a more care-taking culture is very hard. It is. The society makes it harder. But, I learned to implement even small wellness practices that help me calm down and slow down.
Choose yourself. Spend time with yourself, your thoughts, your emotions. It’s so important! When you understand yourself better, you can also understand others better. Self-care, health, and beauty are not about what you put on the outside. It’s what you put inside. And that’s also something I love about Sanbera. It’s about candid caring, choosing yourself, and choosing your inner strength.
